GET/ad_accounts/:ad_account_id/ads
Retrieve ads by ad account.
Filters combine with logical AND across different query parameters. For multi-value filters, comma-separated values within the same query parameter use logical OR. For example, ?configured_status=ACTIVE,PAUSED&effective_status=PENDING_APPROVAL returns ads whose configured status is ACTIVE or PAUSED and whose effective status is PENDING_APPROVAL.

The current rate limit state for each applicable policy (IETF "RateLimit header fields for HTTP" draft): remaining quota r and seconds until the window resets t. On a 429 the exhausted policy reports r=0.
